Cancellation Policy

 We totally understand patients may need to change their plans from time to time which may include being unable to attend their planned appointment.  The clinic has a waiting list for urgent appointments and when an appointment is cancelled this allows us to offer the slot to another patient.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel providing at least 24 hours notice by calling 07510 213056, if the clinic is closed please leave a voicemail or send a text message.  

It is NOT possible to cancel or change appointments online.

If you fail to attend without cancelling or cancel with less than 24 hours notice we may charge a £20 missed appointment fee.  This fee will need to be paid before any futher appointment can be provided.

If an appointment is canceled late and we still manage to fill the appointment there will NOT be a late cancellation fee.

More clinics in the UK are starting to charge for appointments at the time of booking to mitigate non attendance.  We will only charge in advance where a patient repeatedly fails to attend or cancels late.
